Comfortable stay with helpful staff!

Had a decent stay! The room was laid out nicely, and the sink separate from the toilet was great for late-night bathroom runs. Met some lovely staff, especially when they helped with extra items I needed. Just wish the dining facilities had more options for meals, and the kitchen could've used more stuff.

The weak water pressure in the shower left much to be desired!!! Additionally, a lack of dishes provided unless requested is quite inconvenient. Don't get me started on the grimy iron marks left on my shirt!!!

Consider staying on the first floor if mobility is a concern. it may save you the hassle of staircase navigation.

Cleanliness really stood out too. the bathroom was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We arrived after midnight, and the check-in was smooth. However, the breakfast was disappointing. It consisted mainly of prepackaged muffins and coffee, lacking variety. The outdoor pool was another letdown since it’s only open seasonally, which feels limiting considering the Pacific Northwest weather. The kitchen was under stocked with utensils, though they provided decent quality pots and pans. Another issue was the cramped space when using the sofa bed, making it a bit crowded for three people. There were also some maintenance problems with the door locks in the pool and bathroom, which needed attention. Overall, it was a decent stay, but more attention to amenities and maintenance would make it better.

Why I’m torn on this

The front desk staff, particularly Susan, provided exceptional service, even accommodating an early check-in which was appreciated during a busy weekend. The hotel is well-located with easy access to the freeway, allowing a quick commute to downtown Seattle in just 23 minutes.

The overall cleanliness of the hallways could be improved.
